Utilization of Polypropylene (PP) Plastic Waste with Waste Oil Palm Empty Brunch for an Alternative Fuels

The need for plastic corresponds with the annual rise in population. Meanwhile, waste that is improperly managed can negatively influence environment. Therefore, a more promising alternative recycling process needed to convert this into oil by cracking, and possibly assisted adding empty palm bunches. This study examines how modifications ratio of bunches Polypropylene (PP) percent liquid produced cracking heating value during process. It completely randomized design (CRD) variations raw materials: fruit 1:0, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 at temperature 450°C 40 minutes duration. resulted conversion from 80% 1:1 PP: TTKS 1:1. However, addition polypropylene polymers does not affect increase outcomes. results heat test analysis show 6.681 MJ/kg 1.512 MJ/kg.
